You may return or exchange your purchase by sending it to our designated address, provided that all of the following criteria are satisfied:

The product retains its original, unspoiled official packaging
No accessories or parts of the product are missing
The product is returned to ReptiMax within 30 days of purchase
Please note the expense of sending the product back to ReptiMax will be your responsibility.
Once we’ve received and evaluated the returned item, should it meet all of our return conditions, we will issue a voucher equal to the product’s purchase price or a refund, if preferred.
Please note the shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do reserve the right to decline a return if the product is in a damaged, unsalable state or missing any parts.
ReptiMax will arrange for the pick-up and shipment of the product, offering a refund of the purchase price minus the value of the return shipping.
